Please register and apply through the following e-procurement website https://www.lppsourcing.org/ The Hospital Design and Development (HDD) Team will provide a comprehensive management service on behalf of the Trust to lead and co-ordinate all HDD activities for the completion of the Outline Business Case (OBC).

The HDD team will ensure that the OBC deliverables of the HDD workstream are completed in line with the programme. The key OBC deliverables are included within the Capital Regime, Investment and Property Business Case Approval Guidance for NHS Trusts and Foundation Trusts (NHS Improvement, 2016). The HDD team will lead the procurement of the following consultants as required by this workstream, preparing service specifications (where required). • Others as required

The HDD Team will support the HDD Director to manage expenditure of these consultants within an established budget.

The HDD Team will support the selection of the preferred option as part of the OBC process and be responsible for developing the infrastructure plans for the preferred option to RIBA stage 2.
