description

The National Army Museum (NAM) is currently undergoing a major Building for the Future transformation project and will be opening an exciting new Museum in Spring 2017.

As part of this transformation the NAM wants to transform its Visitor experience, to deliver a cohesive, world-class experience to all visitors, across all visitor touch points. It has plans to increase visitor numbers from 240,000 (pre-closure) to 400,000 (2025-26) and wants to ensure visitor satisfaction levels don’t fall below 96%.

The NAM is inviting expressions of interest from experienced training providers to facilitate, create and deliver a bespoke visitor experience training across departments, within the Museum. The successful provider will need to work together with these departments, to shape NAM’s service vision and standards and then deliver a training package, which successfully engages and empowers staff to deliver a cohesive experience.
