Children & Young People's Key Worker Service (BSOL ICB)

Additional information: NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU, on behalf of NHS Birmingham and Solihull ICB, is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for the provision of a Children and Young People's Key Worker Service.

The Key Worker service is open to support children and young people 0-25 years living with Autism and/or a Learning Disability who are registered with a Birmingham or Solihull GP practice and are at risk of admission and are on a Dynamic Support Register, rated at level Amber or Red, or are a current inpatient. The scope of the service being tendered is outlined in the service specification.

The contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years with an option to extend for a further two (2) years at the sole discretion of the commissioner. The successful provider is expected to be fully operational for providing the service from 1st April 2024.
