Highways England is seeking the provision of services to:

-Research into the safety of parking lay-bys on the All-Purpose Trunk Road;
-Develop proposals for a non-emergency stopping provision route corridor strategy;
-Develop a design of Observation Platforms on the All-Purpose Trunk Road (APTR) that can be included in CD 169, and;
-Develop standardised design elements that would be required when converting areas of redundant highway into a parking area on the All Purpose Trunk Road (APTR) network.
