We shall be publishing a tender for the provision of a Diesel Shredder via the Delta e-sourcing platform. We are aiming to publish this on the 14/05/2026.

Type - Mobile diesel-powered shredder for bulky waste

Application - Suitable for processing a wide range of materials including wood, plastics and municipal solid waste.

Engine specification;

Engine Type- Diesel engine 403 CAT C15

Double hydrostatic transmission

Power output - 403 bkW/540 BHP or better Emission Standard - Meets EU stage V or EPA Tier 4 standards Fuel Tank capacity - At least 600 Liters CEM (Clean air module)

Noise level measurement (according to ISO standards)

-	Sound power level - 110 dB(A) L Db or better
-	Sound Pressure Level 88 Db (A) L or better

Fuel consumption - Approximately 25 liters/hour under full load or better Shredding chamber/hopper

-	With 8-knife cutting table
-	Loading height of hooper - 3505mm or better
-	Belt conveyor- 10250mm Length x 1200mm Width
-	Parker P30 pumps
-	Hagguland CB280 or better
-	2 shafts
-	Cutting area 2420x 2000
-	Weight 15 tonnes or better
