North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for and on behalf of NHS South Tyneside Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) who wish to hold an event in respect of GP/Primary Care Extended Access for the South Tyneside locality.
The aim of this event is:
- To provide an overview of the Extended Access requirements; and
- To share and discuss the proposed service models.
The event will take place on the Wednesday 5th April 2017 from 2:00 till 4:30 pm at the following venue:
The Clervaux Exchange, Clervaux Terrace, Jarrow, NE32 5UP
Please note there is no requirement to express an interest in attending this event, but delegates will be asked to complete a sign in sheet upon arrival.
