Supported Lodgings and Floating Support Service

Doncaster Council invites tenders for the provision of a Supported Lodgings and Floating Support Service.to support 12 young people at any one time within a supported lodging environment with a maximum stay of up to 12 months. Young People are placed within hosts, and live as part of the hosts household whilst receiving support from the host and provider. The service also provides 30 units of Floating Support. This service provides visiting support to Service Users where needed, including a period of resettlement support to those moving on from Supported Lodgings to ensure tenancy sustainment, as well as supporting young people already in accommodation but requiring housing related support to maintain their accommodation, avoid crisis and prevent homelessness.

The initial term of the contract is 36 months with the option to extend at the councils sole discretion for a further 2 x 12 month periods. The estimated low value is based upon the initial period of 36 months while the highest value of the contract is based upon all options being exercised.
