The Provision of Oral Nutritional Supplements

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust wish to appoint a supplier to provide Oral Nutritional Supplements (ONS) for the dietary management of patients with, or at a risk of developing disease related malnutrition. Full details of the requirements are available on ProContract portal.

This competitive exercise will be conducted entirely via ProContract in order for the Trust to capture an accurate record of the activity, communication, and questions relating to this exercise. All bidder questions, comments, points of clarification must be raised via the messaging function within Procontract. The completed RFQ must be uploaded into the secure eTendering Portal. Closing date and time 15 June 2018 at 12noon using the login details previously issued to you when obtaining this exercise. Hard copies of your written RFQ submission are not permitted

Please ensure that any login details/passwords given to you are kept private to ensure the integrity of the system and your submission. Also give yourself plenty of time before the closing date and time to upload your RFQ.

Late applications will not be accepted.

There is no file size limit for documents being Uploaded into the Portal - but be mindful that larger files may take longer to attach, so ensure this is done with enough time before the closing date and time - ideally using an appropriate compression (zipping) program.
