Residential Care Bed Based Reablement Service and Therapy Service

NHS ARDEN AND GREATER EAST MIDLANDS COMMISSIONING SUPPORT UNIT on behalf of :

Leicester City, East Leicestershire & Rutland and West Leicestershire Clinical Commissioning Groups (LLRCCGs) and NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (Arden & GEM CSU) are carrying out a market engagement event for an upcoming revised procurement exercise, working in partnership with Leicester City Council, Leicestershire County Council and Rutland County Council.

The requirement is for a residential care home (or other appropriate facility) bed based reablement service and a therapy service provider to provide on-site seven day a week therapy services.

Please note that the Market Engagement Event will take place on the 27th June 2016 commencing at 4pm with registration from 3.30pm at the NSPCC facilities at 3 Gilmour Close, Leicester LE4 1EZ; duration of this event is expected to be about 2 hours. There will be refreshments provided.

This will be an opportunity to ask questions and discuss the specification and contract with Commissioners. This is to be an interactive session with questions and comments welcomed from providers to inform the specification and future procurement.

The Market Engagement / Consultation Event will provide:

• an overview of the services to be provided, with a revised specifications for discussion and comment
• details of the anticipated contract type, length and particular conditions
• an overview of the procurement process and the anticipated new timeline
