GARAGE WORKSHOP EQUIPMENT SERVICING

The servicing and repairs as required of all Garage Workshop Equipment at the City Depot Southampton.

Additional information: A bidders' event will take place at 10am on the 8th August at the City Depot, First Ave, Southampton, SO15 0LJ. This will give bidders the opportunity to ask questions and look at the site prior to submitting a bid for the contract. Bidders must confirm their attendance via the e-Sourcing portal no later than 4th August 2017.

Applicants will be required to apply via "Supply Southampton" website which can be accessed via, http://www.southampton.gov.uk/business-licensing/supply-council/supply-portal.aspx where you can register your details and access documentation. All documentation including questionnaires must be completed and submitted by no later than the time/date indicated. The Council undertakes to use reasonable endeavours to hold confidential any information provided in the proposal submitted, subject to the Council's obligations under law, including the Freedom of Information Act 2000. If the applicant considers that any of the information submitted in the proposal should not be disclosed because of its sensitivity then this should be stated with the reason for considering it sensitive. The Council will then consider the sensitivity statement before replying to any request received under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
