Deadline for expressions of interest has changed to 19th July 2017, and Contract start and end dates changed to 7/8/17 - 6/8/20.The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) is seeking to appoint an organisation to manage the LLDC's owned and occupied assets and locations that are not under development, ensuring legal obligations are fulfilled, commercial opportunities maximised and sites are available and prepared for development at the appropriate time. Services required include acting as the LLDC's managing agents, estate management, maintaining a property asset database, and consultancy services as required such as valuation, agency and rent reviews.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
