NHS East Midlands Ambulance Service (the Authority) is exploring the possibility of purchasing Hard Facilities Management Services in accordance with Regulation 40 of the UK Public Contracts Regulations 2015 http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2015/102/contents/made.
The purpose of the Pre-tender Market Engagement (PTME) is to maximise the opportunity for a successful acquisition, should the Authority choose to invite competitive tenders from the market place at a later date.
The primary means of obtaining information from the PTME is via a PTME Questionnaire
The objective of the PTME is to: confirm that the draft specification is fit for purpose; identify any gaps or potential risks; to create market awareness for the opportunity; and to obtain feedback from the suppliers on their level of interest in tendering for the Authority's requirement. Furthermore, the Authority hopes to gain an understanding of the project timescales, to inform the procurement strategy and the business case.
Interested Suppliers are asked to Register their organisation on the EU Supply Procurement Portal - https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=UK.
Once registered on the Portal, Suppliers are asked to select Project ID36405 - AGEMCSU/TRANS/19/734 - EMAS - Hard Facilities Management of planned and reactive internal and external works.
Within the attachments area of Project 36405 Suppliers will find the draft Service Specification and PTME Questionnaire. Suppliers are asked to respond to the PTME no later than 5pm on Monday 12th August 2019.
