Provision High Intensity Soft Services on Residential Schemes

A2D invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to enter into a series of contracts to provide a range of soft facilities services for a number of residential schemes which, due to the nature of these schemes, require a broader and more intense scope of services in comparison to our general cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts.

A full summary of the scope and specification of services required is provided in the tender documentation. As an outline, the services required by A2D include: cleaning of internal and external communal/common areas; cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, en suites, lounges and other occupied communal and individual areas; managing the laundry requirements for the individual areas and the hygiene equipment of the communal areas; cleaning staff rooms and local offices; void clearances; maintenance of landscaped areas; keyholder services to attend alarm activations and other emergency call outs; some concierge and security services; waste management; and other seasonal requirements.

Interested and suitably qualified service providers must first participate in the Selection Stage by completing and returning the Selection Questionnaire ("SQ"). Applicants successful at the Selection Stage will then be invited to submit a full tender proposal for the award of the contract.
