•Experience of working with major public or charitable sector funders, funded organisations, and other stakeholders, and managing the relationship between them

•Knowledge of a full range of evaluation techniques, including quantitative and qualitative approaches and both short-term and long-term assessment techniques and the ability to provide counter-factual evidence •Experience of data collection, data analysis and reporting

•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

•An understanding of the issues and challenges faced by the construction sector

•Experience of working in an inclusive manner

•A strong awareness and understanding of, and a commitment to, ethics in evaluation and research

•Ability to be responsive and flexible in order to achieve the outcomes required by CITB

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
