A CALL FOR MARKET ENGAGEMENT. Suffolk County Council Is looking to appoint a contractor(s) with relevant experience and a proven track record to deliver the Adult Learning Service contract/s. The Council wishes to appoint a contractor(s) with a real commitment to work with us collaboratively to design, build and deliver an innovative and transformative approach to Adult Learning. We will be seeking proposals from relevant organisations from across the public, private, voluntary and community and social enterprise sectors which can deliver effectively and efficiently across all parts of the contract.
Additional information: The Council are holding a Market Engagement day on the 30th September in Suffolk to discuss with potential providers of this service
the shape of the delivery by communicating our requirement to the market. Thereby, assessing the ability of the market to respond to the requirement and consulting with the market to discover the market conditions that are necessary to deliver the requirement.
