Historic England Employer Brand Project 2020 - AWARD

Historic England's Human Resources team would like to review and improve our employer brand to deliver the following keys areas; deliver Talent Value Proposition to attract a more diverse range of applicants to Historic England roles and build on staff engagement through formalising our EVP. We are recruiting the support of an external consultancy to help us formally build the EVP. We would expect the successful bidder to deliver the following:

• oBring our Employer Brand Proposition to life - we already have a clear idea of what our EVP is and we can share those ideas and the data that sits behind that with the successful organisation, or as part of the tender process, but we need help to articulate this into a brand proposition. We don't anticipate a large research element will be needed
• oReview our Careers Webpages with view to Diversity and Inclusion
• oCreate the following assets
• oTalent Value Proposition - mainly social brand awareness including video content but with an integrated campaign, which includes writing adverts for job board/display , to attract both

active and passive candidates. Again we are focusing on attracting candidates that would not usually see Historic England as an employer of choice.
