The Grimsby Institute - Design Services Tender 2016

The Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education is one of the largest colleges in the UK. We currently operate from approximately 40 sites.

As well as offering a diverse curriculum we also operate several commercial entities including award winning restaurant, golf club, construction company and reprographics facility.

Delivering the Group's marketing strategy requires the support of external design services. Over the past year the present incumbent has provided design services across a wide range of formats and media including traditional print design, digital, video, and photography

We expect top continue to use a broad ranges of design and artwork solutions. The Group’s annual marketing plan ensures that demand for design services is always high and internal communication work often includes significant brochures and other documents.

The Group’s budget for design services is up to £75,000 per annum. Additional points will be awarded for meeting all the quality requirements of this tender at a lower price.

At the time of awarding the contract the successful company will be required to work with the existing designs and collateral to complete on going campaigns within the already agreed timescales.
