For The Supply of Building Materials

The RBH repairs service is one of our most important functions as a landlord and we aim to deliver the service to a high standard which meets the needs of our tenants. We employ a number of skilled technicians and tradespeople in our repairs teams to undertake necessary repairs to our properties, whether they are responsive or planned repairs.

To ensure our operatives have access to the necessary materials, to an agreed specification, to enable them to facilitate the required repairs in a timely fashion, RBH runs a materials stores facility, based at Moss Bridge Road, Kingsway, Rochdale. The stores facility holds stocks of a wide range of components and materials, including amongst others, plaster, tiles, various building materials and electrical materials. The purpose of this tender exercise is to award contracts to appropriate suppliers to supply building materials to the RBH stores facility.

Previously, individual tender exercises have been undertaken by RBH to arrive at contracts to be awarded for the supply of trade specific materials. On this occasion, this one off tender exercise is being conducted to put in place an RBH Framework, whereby the varying trade material requirements will be facilitated by the use of 'Lots' under the overarching framework as detailed below.

Lot 1 - Stores building materials stocked items Lot 2 - Floor tiles & accessories

Lot 4 - Fencing - Must be Tanalith Pressure Treated Timber Lot 5 - Internal timbers

Lot 6 - Internal doors

Lot 7 - Ceramic Tiles

Lot 8 - Drainage Materials
