Commercial & Domestic Cleaning & Security Services 2020-25

Cobalt has adopted a Category Management approach to its procurement activities and wishes to ensure the services it procures are thoroughly researched prior to tender

Cobalt is therefore seeking to engage with the market by holding individual meetings with suitably qualified providers for the following services

• oDomestic & Commercial Cleaning & Caretaking
• oDomestic & Commercial Intruder alarms
• oCCTV systems
• oFobs & Barrier Access
• oCommunal Door servicing

Current contracts expire March 2020, so tendered contracts will commence April 2020

Meetings will be a great opportunity for Providers to inform Cobalt of how they would like to see the tender structured, and to provide input relating to the following areas - lot structure, pricing structure, KPIs and social value requirements.

We apologise in advance if we are unable to meet all interested Providers due to limited slots. Please be aware that the meetings are for market research & information gathering purposes only, and findings will not be considered in any way when evaluating tender submissions Time slots for meetings are available on the following dates at 10am, 11.30am, 2pm and 3.30pm
