Hackney Council wishes to appoint contractors to undertake refurbishment works to the Bowls Pavilion and Portacabins in Springfield Park, Upper Clapton, E5 9EF. This brief sets out the background to this project, its aims, proposed methodology, timescales and management arrangements.
