IMPORTANT: A site visit is recommended to assess access, gain detailed measurements, location of nearby sports facilities and access points to and around the site. The play area is an open site and suppliers are welcome to visit the site at their own convenience without penalty.

Additional information: Clarification: the list at 2.4 is a preference list from the young people and the Parish Council does not anticipate that all of these will be included. Tenderers are invited to include as many as they feel appropriate and possible in their offered design.

Question and clarification "Within the tender document it states that 20% of the scoring will be "Young person preference". Can you please expand on how this evaluation will take place". The Council will provide copies of the designs to the youth workers who will visit holiday clubs, youth clubs and any other meetings with young people and ask for feedback on preference. These preferences will be noted and fed back to the Clerk to the Council

Clarification: We ask for unbranded so that the persons assessing each tender have no information re companies - all documents received are coded per submission so I am aware of what belongs with what as I am the administrator. This is normal practice in procurement - perhaps you could add blank boxes over your logos and then save as pdfs
