County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service (CDDFRS) wish to engage with a supplier of live stream video platform software.
This is for the purpose of being able to view incidents on a live stream basis from the emergency caller and runs alongside the emergency call being made.
The requirements of the platform are as follows:
| • | No app installation required. |
| • | Secure one-time link, sent via text or email to the emergency caller to connect to or ability to access caller's phone camera directly. |
| • | Location of caller to be identified and tracked. |
| • | Voice contact to be maintained while images of the incident are streamed. |
| • | Images/stream can be shared with multiple users. |
| • | Still images to be available in lower coverage areas. |
| • | No data to be taken from the caller's phone. No data to be stored on the caller's phone. |
| • | Secure cloud hosted service. |
