UKEF has a mandate to provide world-class export finance to help UK businesses succeed globally. Marketing and communications through our domestic campaign, Exporters' Edge, plays an important role in supporting this.

Currently, campaign leads are generated through digital marketing - content syndication, programmatic, search and social marketing on UKEF's trade finance page on the 'Tell us about your business' form. Leads are then segmented into two cohorts: marketing qualified leads (MQL) and non-marketing qualified leads (N-MQL) by the UKEF Marketing and Communications team.

UKEF is looking to procure a telemarketing function over a period of two years to follow-up non-marketing qualified leads generated from the domestic Exporters' Edge campaign. The telemarketing agency will support UKEF in the triaging of the domestic Exporters' Edge non-marketing qualified leads so the appropriate support to be provided to exporters can be determined. The contract is to be a 1+1+1 arrangement at £50,000 per annum. The maximum contract opportunity for agencies will be £150,000 should all extensions be enabled, and the contract spent up to the ceiling.
