GB-London: Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park Kiosk

NOTE: This notice was updated on 28 September 2023 for the following reason: The tender return deadline for this procurement will be on 16/10/23 at 12:00(The LLDC is seeking to appoint one Tenant to occupy and operate one of the four Park Kiosks on the Tessa Jowell Boulevard at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

The LLDC wishes to curate a diverse mix of different offers at each of the four Park Kiosks to the benefit and vibrancy of the Park and its communities and visitors.

The LLDC, where possible, will ensure that the main retail offering at each Kiosk will be different and distinguishable from the other three Kiosks and catering offers on the Park. Therefore, in their submission Tenderers must be specific about their brand, products and quality of offering and how their submission is different to the other Kiosks on the Park. The LLDC will determine in its sole and absolute discretion whether a offer is similar for the purposes of maintaining different offerings across the Kiosks.)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
