The purpose of this business case is to seek approval for procuring the services of suitable suppliers for the development of modified Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 tests between July 2020 and July 2021 in order to support test Development within the Assessment Development Division of the Standards and Testing Agency (STA).
The estimated expenditure for this call-off from the existing Modified Tests Framework will be £59,000 (excluding VAT). Test Development is exempt from VAT. This expenditure supports the delivery of a statutory requirement.
