Provision of an Occupational Health Software System

Hampshire County Council provides expert Occupational Health advice services to managers, individuals and HR within the council and staff within Hampshire Constabulary, Police and Crime Commissioner's Office, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service and Hampshire Schools.

The team needs an Occupational Health system that provides a facility to log personal information, create case notes, write reports, store information related to referrals, create appointments and send reminders and generally take care of all the record keeping and administration associated with the provision of an Occupational Health service.

The contract will enable the use of a cloud hosted Occupational Health system, data migration from the existing system, support and training in the use of the system
