The University of Warwick, Warwick Conferences has a requirement to explore the market for suitably experienced potential suppliers of PR Services. Warwick Conferences looks to generate traction and advocacy in line with our new brand, reposition Warwick Conferences by communicating the 'experience' as well as the 'flexibility' of our product offering. To position Warwick Conferences as thought leaders and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

We are seeking the services of a great PR firm that can significantly raise awareness of the Warwick Conferences brand, increase endorsements from high profile industry professionals and be rooted in our brand personalities and content framework.

Through this Early Market Engagement exercise, we would like to invite suppliers to provide an indicative quotation and summary of their relevant experience in this field.

In order to express interest in this opportunity please go to the University of Warwick In-Tend supplier portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofwarwick).

Deadline for the submission of the Early Engagement Document is midday 12.00hrs 30th June 2017.

You are required to electronically submit your Early Engagement Document response via the In-Tend System. Additionally, the University requires one hard copy of the response. All submissions to be received by the University of Warwick before the deadline stated above.
