description
We wish to verify the following:
What and who influences individuals to buy medicines online? The customer journey and buying decision process.
What do consumers look out for when buying medicines and medical devices online? We would be particularly interested to know how the different motivation factors relate to each other and whether they vary with different people and different medicine and medical device types.
What online and offline sources do they use to find out about health and wellbeing-related information?
What individuals’ attitudes and perceptions are to counterfeit, falsified, medicines and unlicensed and non-compliant medicines and medical devices.
What individuals’ perceptions are about the risks of buying medicines and medical devices online.
Awareness, understanding and attitudes towards CE Mark in product purchasing.
Broader context of attitudes and perceptions which shape buying behaviour (for example, atttitudes and perception towards sexual and general health and wellbeing, body shape and identity, attitudes and perceptions that encourage young adults to take cognitive enhancement pills in study or clubbing contexts e.g. for endurance).
What individuals understand by counterfeiting and falsification and the language they use to describe these activities.
Which motivational propositions would resonate with different audience segments.
