Personal Health Budget Support Services Framework on behalf of NHS Wandsworth CCG & NHS Merton CCG

NHS Wandsworth CCG & NHS Merton CCG is seeking providers to apply to join a Framework for provision of Personal Health Budget (PHB) Support Services.

The key objectives of the PHB Framework are:

• To adopt a consistent approach and maintain appropriate levels of capacity for the provision of PHB Support Services across Wandsworth & Merton.

• To enable people to exercise choice and control over their lives through the allocation of a personal health budget.

• To promote independence, well-being and choice which will enable service users to manage identified risks, achieve their potential and live their lives in ways which best suits them.

The CCGs are seeking to establish a framework of suitably qualified suppliers to deliver three types of PHB Support Services:

• Lot 1: Support Planning
• Lot 2: Payment Services - Payroll only and Third Party Managed Accounts
• Lot 3: Employer Advice and Guidance - Telephone Helpline and One to One Support

All potential applicants who wish to provide any of these services are invited to apply and must demonstrate compliance with the required criteria.

It should be noted that under the terms of the Framework Agreement there will be no guarantees of any volume of activity or levels of income through any contracts which may be awarded.
