description
Principle planning service including the following:
- Report writing undertaken by professional Town Planners employed by Capita;
- Liaison with Council officers as required;
- Monitoring of performance;
- Fixed fees based on the completion of individual applications. Reasonable amendments and corrections are included within the fee for each application;
- Fees relate to application type
- For each application, the Consultant will:
- Review Planning Register online including application documents, correspondence, drawings, submitted evidence and consultation responses etc;
- Assess evidence;
- Liaise with Council case officers for queries as required;
- Write and return officer report;
- Provide decision recommendation;
- Submit report and recommendation to Council point-of-contact; and
- Complete and return applications within agreed time frame.
