description
The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust (Removing Barriers to Family Life) has funded the SCiP Alliance to scale-up an evidence-based school support framework across the UK so that schools everywhere develop better support for Service children whose wellbeing and learning can suffer from the stress and disruption of mobility and separation. Having demonstrated through independent research the need for and the value of the evidence-based support framework, this project will build on that initial research to lay a robust foundation for scaling and roll out of a tool which will be appropriate for use in all four nations of the UK.
There are three elements to the funded project:
| 1. | UK-wide developmental research |
| 2. | An online tool |
| 3. | Impact evaluation |
This contract concerns elements one (developmental research across the UK) and three (evaluation of both the project and the tool). The evaluation will encompass the entire project, including the online tool.
