description
Historic England is looking for a contractor to undertake:
- (a)modification to the controls of the lower lift;
- (b)complete replacement of the upper lift.
The contractor will be responsible for:
- (a)the design, development and implementation of all works needed to the meet the stated requirements;
- (b)preparation of fully co-ordinated working drawings, supply and installation of plant and materials, including relocation of existing services and equipment where required;
- (c)testing and setting to work and commissioning in a manner to suit the contract programme;
- (d)provision of handover documents and drawings.
The process must be undertaken with due consideration of the architectural and historical importance of Brooklands.
