Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group is looking for Providers with the necessary expertise and experience to deliver the following musculoskeletal (MSK) and pain services for residents within West Hertfordshire:
The service will provide triage, assessment, diagnosis, treatment and care planning for patients of patients 8 years and above for MSK and 19 years and above for pain and will include:
ï· Triage
ï· MDT - inc MSK consultant, ESP, specialist etc.
ï· MSK physiotherapy (including direct access for GPs)
ï· Pain and chronic fatigue service
ï· Hand therapy
ï· Rheumatology/T&O
ï· Primary care education (including advice line)
ï· Postural Stability Classes
