CP1986-20 Scomis Group CRM Cloud Software

The Scomis Group wishes to procure a marketing leading and cloud-based system for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in support of business plan objectives of growth and retention.

The current systems and processes have been outgrown by the number of customers and the need to manage and find prospective customers. The current processes are not scalable, and information is not always readily available to relevant staff internally.

This system will support Scomis to provide scalable and flexible processes to manage the increase in growth of customers and to work in different and more mobile methods. It will also have a beneficial impact on the productivity levels of the Customer Relationships & Business Development team, in particular, and other teams that interface with our sales and marketing processes such as Business Management and Service Performance.
