County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust are seeking a technology partner to replace their current Information and Data management systems for the “Live Well Gateshead services with new Functional, Technical & Service Management and Implementation Capabilities.
The initial contract term is 30 months with an option for a further 6 x 12 month extensions
