Leicester City Council are commencing a formal process to obtain market intelligence on offerings in the market on both commercial off-the-shelf solutions as well as any build offerings in the MS Power platform (or alternate) in relation to an electronic rostering solution for a home care provider based across the Leicester area for our Reablement and Integrated Crisis Response Service (ICRS).
This solution will primarily be used for the

| • | Receiving feedback |
| • | Escalation of issues |
| • | Track and Manage Mileage |
| • | Store Service User's Data, medical history and care needs |
| • | Plan, cancel and amend visits in real time |
| • | Amend and track the rota of 120 staff in the community |
It is hoped to have a solution which can be tailored to the individual needs of the two sister services while maintaining staff and persons safety.
