The Equality and Human Rights Commission is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced partner to provide licensing and support for our current suite of financial software.\
\
Services to include but not limited to:\
-supporting the full portfolio of software\
-supporting current integrations with other systems used in EHRC (both cloud based and on-premise)\
-ensuring that licences are renewed according to requirements and their expiry date\
-providing training and support as required on a call-off basis\
-providing guidance regarding upgrading and patching of systems, act as source of patching software and notification\
-providing value for money reviews and work in partnership to drive efficiencies and developments (including product integrations)
