To ensure all drivers receive appropriate D&I training it is proposed that a supplier is appointed to work withTfL, bus operators and stakeholders to design and roll-out a Diversity and Inclusion training programme for busdrivers. This procurement is being undertaken using Directive 2014/24/EU (public) and in accordance with the "Light Touch Regime" set out in Regulations 74 to 77 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015).
