PHE_ Corporate_ Refurbishment of Laboratories at Colindale

Public Health England (PHE), also referred to as the 'Authority', is looking to appoint a contractor to undertake the refurbishment works to CL2 laboratories at PHE 61 Colindale Avenue, Colindale, London, NW9 5EQ.

This tender is to set up a Framework Agreement that PHE can call off for works associated with Design & Build of Containment Level 2 Laboratory Refurbishment at Colindale. The Framework shall be awarded for a 3 year period with an option to extend for two further periods of 12 months.

PHE would like to state that there is no guarantee of actual works during the life of this Contract.

Please Note:

The award will be based on the costings of tender submissions for the performance specification 'Design & Build of Containment Level 2 Laboratory Rooms C02-3C05.

SITE VISITS

Attendance at a site visit is a mandatory part of the tender process.

The Site Visits will be held on Friday 28th July 2017 at 10.00 AM.
