Bauer Keller JV have been awarded the Piling works for a Large project. These works are commencing from Autumn 2020 until Winter 2024.

BKJV are managing the provision of Blue Collar Workforce for use on Piling Sites within the above Project.

Roles that may be required include, but are not limited to:

Site Supervisor

Piling Rig Drivers

General Site Piling Operatives

Banksman

Ganger

As part of the above, a robust induction process will be completed by each individual, whereby the correct tickets and certificates must be available BKJV may choose to use a balanced scorecard approach to its procurement activities.

Suppliers will be assessed on various factors including, but not limited to, Quality, Safety, Experience, Adding Value.

Small Medium Enterprises are actively encouraged within this Project.

Objectives include:

To create sustainable job opportunities for young people, local people and those from diverse groups;

To foster and develop talent and to create an engaged and highly skilled workforce for the delivery of the Project To be an exemplar of EDI practice;

Full details and requirements will be provided to the successfully shortlisted suppliers. Suppliers should take cognisance of the scale of this project and should carefully and realistically assess their internal capabilities to be able to carry out the intended scope of works.
