THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION
Peterborough City Council has a number of uses for Audio and Visual Services namely supporting the Councils formal meetings such as Cabinet Full Council Planning and Environmental Protection Committee and Police and Crime Panel
Services are also required to support civic events and city centre events such as the Christmas Lights Switch on as well as on the evening of elections
Events will take place at multiple times of day including daytime evening and late night meetings as well as weekend events
This is a Soft Market Test requesting information relating to a potential procurement for the aforementioned audio and visual services for Peterborough City Council
