description
The CMA requires a media training professional to work with internal stakeholders (the CMA Academy team and Press Office) to develop and deliver bespoke media training for senior staff who are interviewed by the media in high profile cases. The provider will need to have significant experience of working in the media as well as a track record of preparing senior figures from high profile organisations for media interviews. The chosen provider will need to be able to give expert guidance on the workings of the media, likely approaches and scenarios and interview techniques but also understand the context in which the CMA operates. The provider must be able to tailor sessions according to the requirements of participants, provide a realistic studio simulation and treat potentially sensitive material with discretion. The supplier also needs to be able to respond to short notice, urgent and unpredictable demand.
The contract will be let for a period of 1 (one) year with the option to extend annually for up to a further 3 (three) years.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
