This Service is intended to provide high quality needs-assessed support to young carers aged 0-21 in order to reduce the negative impact of their caring responsibilities and enable them to achieve their own aspirations. Young carers will be supported to remain healthy, to access opportunities for social and recreational activities, and to participate, and achieve, in education, work and training.
