Ports of Jersey is currently looking into alternatives to runway and aircraft de-icing.
Suppliers must obtain the Aviation Manufacturing Standard (AMS) 1435D as a pre-requisite. During the tender evaluation stage, documentation will need to be provided to prove that the product meets this standard.
If a supplier wishes to propose alternative products Ports of Jersey are happy to discuss
