The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) (the Authority) requires the procurement of a Supplier with specialist skills to conduct a pilot research study assessing building safety risk and the external wall cladding systems used on lower-rise residential buildings (between 11-18 metres tall) across England.

This contract has been awarded following a mini competition under the Crown Commercial Services - DPS Agreement (RM6018).

It is anticipated work under this contract will be commissioned in three stages, each with a separate project budget.
