Housing and Care 21 is looking at the possibility of utilising an external software package for processing it's many direct debits. The software would need to be linked to the current back-office interface of the business and work in conjunction with the current IT programmes used by Housing and Care 21.
This is an initial market engagement activity to find out more information about the products on the market and an overall indicative cost. A potential tender opportunity may arise as a result of this exercise.
