For both Tasks: Combined Breakdown Letters Project / Fuel Related Breakdowns on SRN Scoping Study:
- Project Management / Secretariat. The appointed Consultant shall:
| - | Prepare a Project Initiation Document which confirms the scope, resources, and timescales for delivery of the commission, and which aligns with the proposal that the Consultant submits when responding to this Work Order Scope. |
| - | Coordinate delivery of the commission on a day-to-day basis to meet the objectives. |
| - | Maintain financial control of the commission, including the production of Contractor's Monthly Reports (CMRs); |
| - | Monitor the Consultant's performance during the commission, including the production of Collaborative Performance Framework (CPF) reports every six months. |
| - | Monitor and manage contract change. |
| - | Arrange and chair monthly commission progress meetings with the Project Sponsor, including the production of meeting notes following each progress meeting and secretariat support. |
| - | Assist the Project Sponsor as per their ongoing requirements, for example by developing definitions, business cases and Task Scopes. |
| - | Produce a Benefits Knowledge Transfer From (BKTF) for each Task at the end of the commission. |
