Dear Sirs

This tender requirement is being conducted on behalf of the Security Services Management to upgrade and change our CCTV software provision and the maintenance and technical support requirements / provision around such. This is a one stage open tender.

The main scope covers:-

  • Supply and installation of CCTV management software compatible with existing hardware. Maintenance and Support is required.
  • CCTV maintenance and installation and technical support.

The maintenance contract is essential in ensuring all equipment relating to the CCTV operation remains in optimal condition whilst also providing expert advice into the development and future proofing of the service in relation to developing technologies.

The requirement covers matters such as but not necessarily limited to replacement of end-of-life equipment, installation of new and exiting cameras and equipment, replacement and or upgrade of hardware and other infrastructure if required. Compliance with GDPR is vital. Both the software and the maintenance offer must have dedicated customer service support, and technical support.
