description

The primary aim of the impact evaluation is to robustly assess any benefits realised and any unintended outcomes from digital technology operating in a prison. The assessment will be of technology already in place to inform future rollout elsewhere in the prison estate. As a result, it will not be possible to undertake a randomised control trial to evaluate impact and the project's main focus will be the development of a robust methodology to enable measurement of impacts.
