L23115-T-TG Feasibility Study for a new hotel at London Luton Airport Stage II - Search through to contract negotiation

Requirements for this tender

Having conducted an initial feasibility market study which demonstrated there is a compelling case for a new hotel within the operating boundary of the airport, LLA would like to move onto the next stage for contracting a professional services advisory company to work with LLA to further develop the opportunity.

We are open to consider a range of different models covering turnover-based ground lease, investor-developer JV type models or arm's length brand-operator management contracts. Overall, we are not fixed on a certain type of model and will want to consider the best solution for the airport and LLA.

This proposal would cover three phases:

• oPhase I - Search
• oPhase II - Selection
• oPhase III - Contract Negotiation

Contract start date end of September 2023 Project length 6 to 12 months

Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references.
